Warranty - Your Sticksock decal is made of high quality waterproof, fade resistant materials. Due to the nature on Lacrosse and Hockey, Sticksock cannot be responsible for nicks, cuts and abrasions to your Sticksock decal.

Return Policy - Sticksock will only allow returns on non-customized or personalized decals only and each returned order will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. To be eligible for a refund, all returned decals must be in resellable condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Creased or otherwise damaged StickSocks are deemed non-returnable. Custom and personalized StickSocks are non-returnable. To return your StickSock, please obtain a Return Authorization number from StickSock, LLC by e-mailing returns@sticksock.com.

Damage Waiver - The Sticksock decal utilizes a durable adhesive for application to the stick. The Sticksock decal can be removed but will be significantly damaged during removal and will not be able to be reused. Any existing stick manufacture decals will be damaged during the removal of the Sticksock decal.

Logo Permission - Any customer requesting to use or uploading team, club or other proprietary logo, design element or team name must obtain permission from the owner of the logo, design element or team name prior to the submission of any order. Sticksock will not be responsible or liable for customer orders for which permission has not been granted.

Patent Pending - Sticksock LLC has applied for US and International patents for the Sticksock products and will pursue legal action against anyone who violates the patent pending provisions.

Trademark & Copyrights - Sticksock, Sticksock, LLC and all related logos and designs are protected by US Trademark and Copyright laws.
